Prasarana is looking forward to work with its competitors, for sake of the best interest of all the existing bus companies for business sustainability but more importantly, it would improve further the standard of public bus services in Klang Valley.
That is one of major headlines for last month.
The exercise is believed to be similar with code-sharing of airlines and the "blue ocean strategy". At least Prasarana has the idea of not becoming pure monopoly of industry and turns it to red ocean.
"We have already initiated discussions at both top and working levels with Setara Jaya Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Len Seng Sdn Bhd; and we hope to extend this collaboration with other bus companies in Klang Valley," Shahril said in a statement on Friday.
